Metro Climate HVAC was generating strong service call volume but struggled to convert repairs into installs.

The Problem

The company averaged about 110 service calls per month, yet only converted 10–12% into replacement installs. Most technicians focused only on repairs, leaving install opportunities on the table.

The Strategy

AnchorWorks implemented the Local Authority Sales Framework, including:

• technician replacement conversation training• install opportunity identification system• structured install follow-up process

The Result

Within 90 days:

• install conversion increased from 11% → 29%
• monthly installs doubled• revenue increased by $140k per month
