AnchorWorks Collective LLC (“AnchorWorks,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website, landing pages, funnels, subdomains, webinar pages, booking pages, downloadable resources, and related digital properties (collectively, the “Site”) to do the same.

3. What Happens After We Receive a Notice

After receiving a compliant DMCA notice, we may investigate the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the person who posted or supplied the material.

We reserve the right to remove content that we believe may infringe intellectual property rights, with or without prior notice, and in our sole discretion.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification should include:

- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the US, any judicial district in which AnchorWorks may be found).

5. Repeat Infringers

AnchorWorks reserves the right, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate or restrict access for users who are repeat infringers or who repeatedly submit or post content that infringes the rights of others.

6. Misrepresentations

Please note that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.

AnchorWorks maintains designated agent information publicly on the website and registered with the U.S. Copyright Office’s DMCA Designated Agent Directory in accordance with statutory requirements.
